Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning for a follow-up, we aim to make your appointment experience straightforward, informative, and personalised to your needs. MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

For all appointments contact the rooms on 03 9421 6199 or fill out the inquiry formTo ensure the most accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning, all patients are required to have the following PRIOR to making their appointment:

  • A current referral from your General Practitioner (GP) – this is essential for both clinical assessment and Medicare rebate eligibility. Please ensure your referral and imaging are current and have been forwarded to our clinic ahead of your appointment.
  • Recent imaging relevant to your condition – such as an X-ray, CT scan, or MRI. These scans provide critical diagnostic information and help guide your treatment options.

WHAT TO BRING

For your appointment, be sure to bring:

  • A referral from your GP or specialist
  • Medicare card, DVA card, or Private Medical Insurance details
  • Any relevant reports, X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans
  • A list of current medications
  • The completed New Patient Registration Form
  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the affected area.

Note: Your surgeon will perform a comprehensive examination during your consultation and provide personalised treatment options based on a detailed assessment of your condition.
